What is the return policy?
- eSIMs (Digital Products):
Once delivered (QR code sent), eSIMs are considered used and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective and cannot be activated after troubleshooting. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, activation screenshots, and a description of the problem. Refunds will not be issued for successful activations, device incompatibility, or user-initiated deletions/changes.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, some purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- eSIMs (Digital Products): Once the eSIM activation QR code has been delivered, your purchase is final and non-refundable, unless the product is defective and cannot be activated after troubleshooting. No refunds are provided for successful activations, device incompatibility, user deletion/changes, or local network issues.
- Certain Physical Products: Customized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as earphones) are final sale and cannot be returned once opened, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Other Physical Products: Unused and unopened standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
When will I get my order?
After successful payment, your eSIM activation QR code will be sent to your registered email address—usually within 5 minutes, but it may take up to 1 hour if payment verification is required. No physical shipping is involved for eSIMs.
